Old ruin- Seanbhallóg
This is a painting of an old ruin, that I
painted from a photograph given to me
by a friend .
The clouds in the sky were so beautiful,
I had to paint it.

Haystacks- Cocaí Féir
I love painting haystacks, I always
associate them with warm summer days.
As children we had great fun playing in
the fields among the haystacks.
Sadly, there a rare sight these days,
growing up there were haystacks in
every field in Connemara.

This is a painting of a place near to
where I grew up .
I took a photograph and worked on it in
my studio.
